When you click on the Submit Order! button this will take you to another page which will total your order and add shipping charges, then display a confirmation screen. The order will not be transmitted until you click on the Confirm! button on the next screen. You will have an opportunity to make any necessary changes before you confirm the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, pre-pay by check/cash, or bank transfer. Purchase orders are accepted by government institutions or corporations by special approval.

If you are paying by Credit Card, fill in the order information above, and select "Visa", "Master Card" or "American Express" as the Payment Type. Fill in your Credit Card Number, Expiration Date and the Name as it appears on the Credit Card. Your order will be processed after authorization by the credit center.

You may phone your order by calling 208-867-6091 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm MST.

If you are paying by bank transfer, fill in the order information above, and select "Bank Transfer" as the Payment Type. Your order will be processed after receiving your wire transfer. Make sure that the amount transferred includes an additional $10.00 to cover wire transfer fees. Send an email to mailto:sales@donnay-software.com for to request bank information for the wire transfer. If a product can be shipped via the Internet, you will receive email instructions for downloading the product, even if you also choose to receive the product by another carrier. If you want the product to be shipped by some method other than Air Mail, Fedex or Internet, please indicate your shipping preference in the REMARKS box. For example, if you want it shipped shipped via FEDEX and billed to your own FEDEX account, include the account number in REMARKS. Our standard carrier is FEDEX. If you want UPS shipment, a special handling charge may apply.
