Tool for create .upsize File

Dear All

I have made a tool to generate the .upsize file, and sending to you .

I am sending this tool, if It could help other developers who have this need.

This first version of the tool assumes the use of FOXCDX, so if you want to incorporate other DBE, may be seeing in the future.

To run it, requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0.
