How to fix a cxpworker error on IIS (Windows 2012)

HTTP Error 500.21 - Internal Server Error
Handler "CxpWorker" has a bad module "FastCgiModule" in its module list

If you get the above error when trying to load a .CXP page using IIS on a 2012 server, it is because you have not enabled the CGI role.
