whether the program in Alaska programmatically control the frequency and amplitude, and can be a form of the output signal from the sound card?

you can use Tone(<nFrequency>, [<nDuration>])

do you want to record "Voice Mail" ?
try sndrec32.exe ( Win XP ) / SoundRecorder ( Win 7 / 8 )

No, I would like to apply a software-controlled signal to the output of a sound card and get feedback from the external environment to its input
