ICON in DCMENUITEM

Hi all

How can I specify the size of an ICON in DCMENUITEM ... Some of my Icons are too big and therefore make the Height of the the menu items to be unequal.

Size of Menuitem are calculate in o:MeasureItem() depending on Font so try a bigger Font
