Hi Roger,
i often use the xdbu, but there is a problem, when opening files with an UNC path, because you are adding .\ to the filename.
So the error "wrong file .\\\server\......." occurs. Can you please check this ?

I'm not sure what you mean.

I can't find anywhere in the code where I put a .\ in front of the file name.

sorry, i testet it again, and it seems, that you put the Current Drive in front off the selected path when reading the available index files to the listbox.
Here the screenshots.
