Unread Messages

#1 Post by bwolfsohn »

One of the BEST things about the webboard was you could see only new messages with one click.

How can that be accomplished on this here new phpbb thingie ??

I clicked on new messages, and it showed me a list of topics containing new messages.. one has to open up each topic and go to the bottom of it to read the new ones. not what i want from an efficiency approach..

Hi,

Put the following link to your favorites.

Code: Select all

http://bb.donnay-software.com:8080/phpBB3/search.php?search_id=unreadposts
This will show you all the unread messages.

Not as fast as the webboard, maybe there is a mod for it. However I never saw a forum which used two windows as the webboard did.
Best regards,

Chris.
