Re: Alaska Audio Signal Spectrum Analyzer
Thanks a lot, Roger! I need to analyze audio files. there is no need to take data from the microphone in real time. And ActiveX is also undesirable to use, because I will use the system on computers on which I cannot install anything. I would just analyze the files from the folder and create a database: number, file name, Fourier coefficients of this file
Re: Alaska Audio Signal Spectrum Analyzer
Eugene, if you embed all information about the components in a manifest file, there is no need to install or register the ActiveX components.
Best regards,
Tom

Thanks for that info, Tom. I forgot about that.if you embed all information about the components in a manifest file, there is no need to install or register the ActiveX components.
I'm going to convert some of my old sample programs to try this out.

Re: Alaska Audio Signal Spectrum Analyzer
To be honest - I had that on my agenda for years, and I wasted a lot of time of my support people by not implementing it.I'm going to convert some of my old sample programs to try this out.
Have great holidays, Roger, and an even better new year!

Best regards,
Tom

Thank you, Tom! But I can hardly implement it, because it is beyond my understanding. Of course, in principle I understand everything, but only in principle. To do this in practice, I need to figure it out, I could figure it out, but I don't have time.

Maybe there will be a spectrum analyzer among these programs?
