Tabpages with Images

Build 255 of eXpress++ will support images on tabs.

To update your current version, create a folder under \exp19\samples\tabpage and copy tabpage.prg and tabpage.xpj to this folder.

Copy dcdialog.ch to \exp19\include
Copy _dcclass.prg to \exp19\source\dclipx

Rebuild dclipx.dll by running build19_sl1.bat.
