Problem with run app on Windows 10 64bit

I can't test it, because I have monitor only with 1680/1050

i have a 1600 x 1200 and User "A","B" where "A" is User and "B" Administrator.

when login as "A" all is OK with my Xbase++ Apps.
when logout "A" and login as "B" than my Xbase++ Apps FAIL
logout "B" and Re-Login "B" does not help
(no ScreenRes at that time)

now 1st login as "B" and all Xbase++ Apps work
logout "B" and Re-Login "B" ... Xbase++ Apps FAIL
logout "B" and Login as "A" all is OK with my Xbase++ Apps.

so i can't really say what the Problem is ... only that ScreenRes.EXE does fix it as long you are login.

p.s. have create user "C" as Admin so "B" is now normal User but Problem still exist.

So I hope, this is only problem with Windows 10 and after Fall creators update (1709) ?
Microsoft know about this problem and wrote than users who have other than 100% font may have problem...
Have you also 125% font ?
If no, than Alaska tell us why , or I hope, Microsoft will give us soon new update

just change Driver Resolution and back again to Original.

using 125% with 10(64bit) i can reproduce it with all 3 User "A","B" and "C".
while it is a Multi-Boot i also have 8.1(64bit), 10(32bit),7(32bit) and XP(32bit) but they all have no Problem.

Following up on our problems with windows 10..

Client desktop was at 1920 x 1080 @ 100 % font size Application doesn't start.
changed to 1600 x 900 Application starts
changed back to 1920 x 1080 Application starts
rebooted with 1920 x 1080 setting Application starts

We'll see what happens over the next few days...

this is with xbase++ 2.0 / 758

I can confirm same result, but after 2-3 days client call me with same problem
