I will have to confirm from our office, but we were thinking at least one more
Others on the original listing of interest but not confirmed in your list were:
Richard C-1 other from office
Brian Wolfsohn
User Alepap
So depending on confirmations, up to 4 more.

There is a topic of discussion that should be given some priority at this gathering: Improving Application Performance
Years ago, I added functionality to help eXpress++ users develop large applications that load screens much faster. This was the function DC_MergeGetLists(). Recently, I added a MERGECHILDREN option to the DCTABPAGE command to make this much simpler. This employs a design concept in which objects are created "on demand" rather than all at once. There are obvious advantages to this technique but the two most obvious are better performance and lower memory usage.
I will create sample programs that show how to do this in your applications without major rewriting of code.
Recently, I added a new STOREPROFILE clause to the DCGETOPTIONS command. This will store the amount of time it takes to create each dialog object. The time will be stored in a GetList array element aGETLIST_PROFILE. This is a sub-array of 2 elements. (1) the amount of time in seconds(), (2) The amount of time to create all the children of the object.
This will be in build 266 which will be given to attendees. Profiling an eXpress++ application helped Jack Duijf resolve a long time performance problem in which he discovered that DCCOMBOBOX objects with large arrays were what was slowing his screen creation time to an unacceptable level. Once that was determined, it was a simple solution to sub-class the DC_XbpComboBox() class to load the combobox data "on demand", only the first time the dropdown was used. This technique, and others relating to performance will be discussed in detail.

Roger, Cliff,
I will be attending in September. I am still not sure if my other programmer will be coming or not. I will get you a commitment soon.

The dates will be September 15, 16, 17, (Friday - Sunday) so schedule to arrive on Thursday, September, 14.
Book your room at the following hotel:
SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Boise ParkCenter
Address: 424 E Parkcenter Blvd, Boise, ID 83706
Phone: (208) 342-1044
Unfortunately, I could not get the same good rates as 2 years ago for the following reasons:
1. Hotel rates have increased at all hotels in Boise.
2. There is a home football game at BSU during those dates.
The rate is $159.00 per day for Donnay Software on those dates.
I will need to charge $220 per person to cover costs of the meeting room, lunches and final dinner.

I plan for Sunday to be a full day, however it is up to you whether you want to stay.
We will cover a lot of territory on Friday and Saturday.

Roger,
As it relates to the hotel reservations at SpringHill Suites. They do not yet have your agreed upon rate on file. The are waiting until they receive the signed contract back. I made our reservations and they informed me to call back after the contract has been returned and they will revise the rate.
