A customer of mine called me today and wanted to know if it's ok to mix 32-bit and 64-bit workstations on a network.
The question made no sense to me. I could not imagine why this would be a problem, but he was told that Xbase++ apps would not work correctly.
I could not convince him that there is no issue here, but he insisted that I post the question on the forum to get some feedback.

Re: 32 bit / 64 bit question
Hi Roger,
We have a mixture of laptop/desktop systems (175) ranging from Win/98, Win/Xp, Win/Vista, Win7/32 and Win7/64 operating within the same network running the applications from a network directory without issue.

Re: 32 bit / 64 bit question
We have both 32 and 64 bit computers on network with no issue (except for the hassles with networking win7). Several users of ours also have 32 and 64 bit computers on network with no issues.
