The menu isn't displayed at all

I had a strange problem: on one of computers the menu in the main window of system isn't displayed at all. The others everything works at all absolutely normally. This computer in other city and even in other country. I asked access to it through TeamViewer. If will give also itself I will not understand - I will report the details, what operating system and so forth. I had a thought that it can be connected with libraries. But while I know just main window is displayed absolutely empty, filled with a white background. Monitor permission rather high that this window was visible entirely.
