Display a Splash Screen

Hi,

Xbase++ applications require some time to load and then initialise the runtime system before the
application dialog can be displayed.
A good solution is display a splashscreen to the user knows
something is happening.

Anybody have any experience on this process..?
Any idea, comment or some sample is apreciate.
