We have a user that gets this error constantly, on different work stations.

There are no menu options, no file, nothing else on the error log. Even the main app menu is not listed, which we never see.

Any idea what this is, or how to stop it.

Release 2.51 - prerelease it their express version. We are up to 2.53, but not all users have that yet, if it is relevant.

I think you should be using build 254.
There were several changes that fixed problems with tooltips.
