User gets this, and it was an issue many years ago on something in one of the dclip's if I remember right, cannot figure why it would be now at this site. He just upgraded to 2.0, and is on windows 11, which should make no difference. Express is 262. His server is 2008, which he is about to upgrade.

IDSC's are hard to figure out.
