What you need to do to make the programs developed in Alaska 1.9 work normally under Windows-10?

Nothing special, they are running. :D
The scrolling with the wheel of the mouse does not work, you have to set the windows mouse option "Scroll inactive windows when i hover over them" to off.

what is you Problem with v1.9x Apps under Windows 10 :?:

does it not start (with XppError.LOG) :?:
