DCBROWSECOL ... HIDE

If a browses uses visual styles and browsecols are hidden/shown using the HIDE clause of DCBROWSECOL, the visual style for the headers and footers (!) is lost when a previously hidden column shows up again. Just for the records, nothing urgent.

After looking at the code, I see that I fixed that problem for moving a column, but not for hiding and showing.
I will work on that.
It looks like the problem may also exist for drawMode.

I made a change to _DCXBROW.PRG.
