Using Setappfocus to workaround the ether

I have not yet switched to 263. I am testing it with Xbase++ 2.0 and will do the switch to 263 at that time. Have not had the time to switch Express version. Since I had experienced some times where the focus was not returned to the dialog and had to click on the dialog for keystrokes to be recognized, I thought I would use it.

I just put in in the main application dialog as Brian indicated. Added the LOCAL ofocus, the two event lines and the addition to the main application DCREAD. If it is not supposed to be used in that fashion, then I will stop using it.

However, I only had it in use for several hours and I don't know how many users had it actually running, but it had generated to incidents of the same error. Based on the code, it would indicated the lostDisplayFocus was not executed and generating the setting of oFocus.
