MS Common Control - ImageList

Hi All

I need to use the ImageList of COMCTRL32.OCX common control but when I create the object via @ ... DCACTIVEXCONTROL I got an error message "you do not have license to use this control" . I thought this control is free ?

use XppFD.EXE and drop M$ Imagelist to Form.
than have a look in Property Box "9368265E-85FE-11d1-8BE3-0000F8754DA1"
