Slow network on Windows 10

I have a customer who is using an Xbase++ app compiled under 1.9.

He has noticed the following problem after updating one of his workstations to Windows 10.

Problem: Slow exe. relaunch on server
On windows 10 ver.1706. Work stations are having trouble relaunching exe. on server. After they have come out of program on server. When trying to reconnect to the exe. on server there is a long delay.
Usually take 2minutes for the exe. to open on a station. Once one station has reconnected then the rest of the stations come up very quickly.

Any ideas?

what OS() Version is his Server ?
does all Workstation have same OS() Version ?

the easiest way would be to copy the EXE to the workstation and start from there.

We have a lot of cutomers with a 1.9 xbase and Windows 10 combination without problems. So it must be something on the network/server.

I would first check the virusscanner.
