Other colalation languages in CDXDBE.DLL

Hi
Exist some way to input other collation languages to CDXDBE.DLL for Xbase++ ? Or create own DLL file.
Or someone know how do it ? (I am also willing to pay for it...)
Now there was only SPANISH GERMAN DUTCH SWEFIN NORDAN ICELAND GENERAL,
but it is problem for me, I need have in SLOVAK.
VFP have more languages and also East countries, so I think , Xbase++ no many users are in Czech, Slovak, Polish,Hungary, Russian.... etc
I would like when number of users/developers go up
