I have developed a system that makes it very easy to integrate a digital pen & paper system in a customer IT and expands the functionality in a lot of things. With this system you can transfer handwritten information with a digital pen or tablet computer in a PDF, XML, Word Document and any other format you need. It works with a special pattern printed in the background for your forms and a digital pen from Anoto. The collected vector data is sent in seconds via GPRS/G3 to a central server and is immediatly available in digital format. The same forms can also used in tablets like iPad with naturalFORMS, so you can use both technologies in one system. Take a look at:

This technology is used many years espacially in healt care, transportation, sales, banking and finance, pharmaceutical, facility management and others worldwide.
There are a lot of advantages against other mobile data collection systems, especially easy to use and the flexiblity, but it is complicated to handle this system without comprehensive knowledge about a lot of technologies. With my system now it is very easy.
I am partner XMS, the developer of the core software in sweden since many years and have realised several komplex projects with this system.

now the Anoto LivePen2 is supported, it has a OLED display for battery and BT status and smaller design then the DP201 pen. The biggest advantage is, that it works with iOS devices like iPhone and iPad.
Also NeoLAB Smartpen is supported. Main difference to the Anoto pen has a smaller design, better battery, higher scanning resolution, better analysis of pressure when writing and the possibility of streaming of the strokes.
Also new is a biometric signature verification with a cloud based SIGNificant server of the Austrian Company Xyzmo. You can create user profiles and check if a signature is valid or identify users based on his signature.
A new cloud based version of naturalFORMS for tablets is also available, has big limitations compared to the FormCommander system, but works for smaller projects: https://naturalformscloud.com/. You can export the data and attachments to CSV, XML and PDF. I can help to implement this system in any other software system.
